The 1st International Conference on Manpower and Sustainable Development (IMSIDE) is the first International Conference held by The Polytechnic of Manpower, under the patronage of The Ministry of Manpower. IMSIDE is going to be a forum for lecturers, students, researchers, and practitioners to present their most recent research activities on the current issues related to labour and employment, education, vocation, management, industrial relations, safety and health engineering. The conference theme in 2022 is “Transformation of Manpower in the Changing World of Work”. In this international conference, all empirical, theoretical, and practical papers in the above fields are warmly welcomed.
